I have an extensive background in trauma treatment and training in EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Together, we will work to identify your core beliefs, pinpoint your patterns and rewrite your story.
EMDR is an evidence-based practice for treatment of PTSD, anxiety and symptoms of depression. Through this specific intervention, we will safely reprocess traumatic information until it is no longer disruptive to your life.
